Many brides walk away from their bridal appointment feeling frustrated by a high price tag or a pushy stylist. At Bustle, we would never let anything take away from the joy of shopping for your dress, so we created an experience that allows you to enjoy every moment!
FAQ
What You Need To Know Before Your Appointment
How long will my appointment last?
We allow 1.5 hours for each appointment.
How many people am I able to bring?
Per fire code, each of our private appointment rooms allows for the bride and a maximum of 4 guests. If you would like to bring more guests, please contact us to schedule a weekday appointment. Additional fees will apply.
What should I wear?
Nude undergarments or shapewear are best!
What is a sample dress?
A sample wedding dress is a dress that has been tried-on in a retail setting, but never altered or worn by a bride. There may be flaws or imperfections on some of the gowns and because of this, everything in the store is discounted. We do not price anything over $3,000.
What sizes do you carry?
Our inventory primarily consists of bridal sizes 4-14 which fit street-sizes 2-12 (extra small - large). We are actively pursuing gowns both smaller and larger than this range, but these sizes are not as consistent in our inventory. If you wear larger than a 12, please check out the “Plus Size Gowns” story highlight on our Instagram page to see our current inventory! Visit @bustlegowns on Instagram.
Can we bring drinks?
Because we are a shop full of white gowns, we only allow water in the fitting rooms.
I just got a spray tan! Is that ok?
We ask that you postpone your bridal appointment at least 72 hours (3 days) after your spray tan. Tanning solutions cause a lot of damage to the dresses.
Lastly, when shopping at Bustle, we strongly recommend coming prepared to walk out with a gown! Because we sell samples, we do not place orders - there’s only one of each dress. Demand is high and dresses don’t remain in our shop for long!
