Bustle is a bridal salon specializing in designer sample wedding gowns. Birmingham is full of style-savvy brides who would love to snag a designer gown at a fraction of the retail cost, and that's where we come in! Sales Associate

We are seeking to hire a part-time sales associate to run bridal consultations and daily shop tasks. This an hourly paid position with the ability to make up to $29 per hour.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Bridal consultations - assisting brides from beginning to end with their shopping experience. This includes making sure the environment is set a prepped.

Time commitment:

• A minimum of 2 Saturdays per month (approx. 9 hour shifts).

• 3 Weekday evenings or 2 Sunday afternoons per month (approx. 5 hour shifts)

• Monthly team meeting from 5:15-7:15 pm on the first Thursday of every month.

• Possibility for additional weekday hours if desired.

The sales-associate position at Bustle is fun and challenging. It will require a person to be quite familiar with fabrics, dress silhouettes and alteration knowledge (don’t worry, we’ll teach you). It also requires lots of energy and a joyful heart; this person will be assisting clients to make a very special purchase. Most importantly, the ideal candidate is empathetic and cares deeply about people; the time our brides spend at Bustle is extremely meaningful and something they will remember for a lifetime.
